In advance of the upcoming en banc arguments on June 18, the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky Chapter of the Federal Bar Association will once again host the annual Judges’ Night Dinner on June 17. Chief Judge Batchelder will be the featured speaker, and typically most of the Sixth Circuit judges will attend, as well as local federal judges.
